Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679c

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, you are not required to purchase any goods or services from Fresh Start Financial Group LLC to dispute inaccurate information.

Your Rights

  1. You have the right to a free copy of your credit report. Under federal law, you are entitled to obtain a copy of your credit report from each of the three national credit reporting agencies once every 12 months at no charge. Visit AnnualCreditReport.com or call 1-877-322-8228.
  2. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information. You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in your credit report directly with the credit reporting agency, free of charge. The agency must investigate your dispute within 30 days.
  3. You have the right to know what is in your credit file. Credit reporting agencies must disclose to you, upon request, the nature, substance, and sources of all information in your consumer file.
  4. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA. You have the right to sue in federal court for actual damages, punitive damages, and attorney's fees.
  5. You have a right to cancel. You have the right to cancel your contract with Fresh Start Financial Group LLC without penalty within 3 business days from the date you signed it.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Fresh Start Financial Group LLC does not store your card information.
  • Some payment methods involve digital asset conversion (USDC stablecoin, pegged 1:1 to USD). This is a payment mechanism, not an investment.
  • You confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used.
  • All payments are for services already rendered (confirmed deletions only), in compliance with CROA.
  • Payment processing fees, if any, are disclosed at checkout before you confirm payment.
