2. Services
Fresh Start Financial Group LLC provides credit repair services, including analysis of credit reports, identification of inaccurate or unverifiable information, preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors, and monitoring of dispute results. Our services are provided in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR § 310), and the Florida Credit Services Organization Act (Fla. 3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results. Credit repair outcomes vary based on individual credit history, the accuracy of information on your credit reports, and the responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no charge.
4. Payment Terms
We operate on a per-deletion billing model. No fees are charged in advance of performance. Payment is due only after we have provided written confirmation that a negative item has been successfully deleted from one or more credit bureau reports. No monthly fees, setup fees, or retainer fees apply.
5. Right to Cancel
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT REPAIR AGREEMENT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU SIGN IT.
To cancel, send written notice to Fresh Start Financial Group LLC at the contact information below or email us at [email protected]. If you cancel within the 3-day period, any payment made will be returned within 5 business days.
6. Your CROA Rights
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to:

- Obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau
- Receive a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide credit bureaus at AnnualCreditReport.com
